Unspoilt nature, authentic people, genuine flavours: a new world to savour with every bite.
In the communal room there is a corner where you can buy our farm products:
syrup, fruit spreads, peppermint tea, and fresh eggs from our hens.
A holiday at Lichtung Woldererhof is the perfect opportunity to explore the benefits of healthy, genuine food. Fresh vegetables grow just outside the door, and almost a dozen different herbs from our herb garden enrich the daily breakfast basket – including herbal salt to add a special touch to your dishes. Add to that Farmer Barbara’s home-made jams and syrup, fresh milk, juice and tea. After a day out in the mountains, a hearty South Tyrolean snack of home-smoked speck and fresh eggs will help you recover your strength. Those with a sweet tooth can indulge with a delicious slice of cake baked by the landlady herself!
For a great start to the day, you can order a breakfast basket and have it filled with a selection of healthy and delectable farm products of your choice. You can try something new every day, and enjoy your breakfast in the comfort and privacy of your own holiday apartment.
Our selection includes: fresh bread rolls and croissants from our baker, milk, butter, yogurt, coffee, fruit and herbal teas*, mineral water, a variety of juices* (elderberry juice, strawberry juice, peppermint juice, lemon and sage juice, apple juice, pear juice and more) and fruit spreads*, honey, South Tyrolean speck*, eggs*, home-made cake* and muesli.

Farmer Hannes has a small vineyard near the quaint village of Tunes, just above Vipiteno. He grows organic Solaris grapes and you are welcome to taste his white wine during your holiday.
Meat tastes better when you know where it comes from. Here at Lichtung Woldererhof, there is no doubt about provenance: our sausages and speck are made from our livestock and stored in the farm’s smoking and maturing chamber. The chamber has a viewing window through which you can see the products maturing. When available, you can also taste the cheese from the Simile-Mahd farm, which belongs to Barbara’s aunt.
